1. Who we are
Crossword Studio is a personal project operated by Antun Pukanić, an individual based in Croatia. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Crossword Studio generates print-ready crosswords and word searches from a word database, and offers a daily Word Search game. Features and limits differ by plan (Free, and paid plans when available).
3. Your account
You must provide an accurate email, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, no attempts to break, overload, or circumvent limits or security; no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no scraping or resale of the platform itself.
5. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the word lists you upload and the puzzles you generate from your own content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. The platform, its software, and the shared starter dictionaries remain ours or our licensors'.
6. Plans, payment and refunds
Paid plans (a monthly subscription or one-time credit packs) will be described on the Pricing page. There are no paid plans yet. If and when they launch, prices, billing, taxes (VAT), and the right of withdrawal for digital services will be set out at checkout.
7. Availability and disclaimer
We aim for a reliable service but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and disputes fall under the competent courts there, without affecting your mandatory rights as a consumer.
