How will paid plans work?
When paid plans launch you'll have two options. A monthly subscription, a fixed rate that includes a set number of puzzles each month, best if you generate regularly. Or a credit pack, a one-time batch that gives you a fixed number of generations with no recurring charge, best for occasional use. For now, everyone is on the free tier.
What counts as a "puzzle"?
One generated grid. Regenerating the same words into a new layout counts as a new puzzle. PDF exports don't cost extra.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase. You'll get a reminder before any expire.
Can I mix Pro and credit packs?
Yes. If you blow through your monthly Pro quota in a heavy week, top up with a credit pack instead of upgrading.
Is my word database really private?
Yes. Every workspace is isolated, your dictionary is never visible to other accounts, and it never feeds into anyone else's puzzles.
